We are committed to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable as much as possible.
Please take some time to read these Terms & Conditions (T&C) prior to using the site (www.acewinfashion.com). Your use of the site indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide to these T&C.
Order
- You may place your order by checking out the shopping cart, submitting the form and completing the payment. An email notification will be sent to you once a successful order has been placed.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your order(s) and the information provided for shipping and payment. Please double check your details before placing an order.
- You may amend your order if it has not been processed/shipped.
- Combine order is strictly not allowed.
- ACEWIN reserves the right for final decision.
Payment
- All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Types of payment available are Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit and iPay88 (Credit/Debit Card, FPX and eWallets).
- Please complete the payment within 24 hours in order to secure your order.
- If your payment is done after 24 hours and the item is no longer in stock, we would only refund in gift card voucher instead of cash.
- To redeem your gift card, fill in the gift card code provided upon checking out an order. The payable amount will be reflected after the deduction.
- ACEWIN reserves the right to amend the price at any time without prior notice. No refund shall be given if the purchase item is available on sale thereafter.

- We ship out regularly on working days.
- All orders are shipped out according to order number, no priorities will be given.
- Once the parcel has been shipped out, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third party postage service provider, any delay or loss of parcel is beyond our control.
- We shall not be responsible for the lost parcel if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will be made with our third party postage service provider and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
- ACEWIN reserves the right for final decision.
Bounced Parcel
- We will notify you if we received a bounced back parcel.
- Additional shipping fee will be collected for second delivery.
- Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 90 days will be deemed as ACEWIN’s property and no compensation will be given as sufficient response time has been given.
Defect
- We try our best to provide the accurate information for every listed product. However, we do not warrant that the contents on the site are 100% accurate as pictures and measurements are all done by hand and labour.
- Please allow a 20% of variation as the picture may appear darker/lighter due to lighting, types of device used to view the pictures. We will reject any return as an incorrect/defective item under this reason.
- Minor imperfection (small black dots / small stain / loose thread / imperfect stitches / in the inverted side) which is not obvious and does not affect the whole appearance will not be considered as a defect.
- Minor variation in measurement (1-3cm) is not considered as a defect.
- Products labelled with "Defect", provided with the pictures of the defective areas are strictly not returnable. Order placed with the acknowledgement of defective items are not returnable.
- Sales items might have minor defect / measurement discrepancies and are not returnable.
- How? Please contact us within 7 days if you believe you received a defective item. Send us your Order Number, Product’s code, and a clear picture of the defective area.
- If the item is acknowledged to be defective, return shipping cost will be borne by us in terms of store credit. Maximum return up to RM8 for West Malaysia and RM16 for East Malaysia. You are required to provide postage receipt for the claim.
- Item(s) returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer available, gift card voucher with no expiry date will be issued.
- ACEWIN reserves the right for final decision.
Return
- Return must be done within 7 working days upon receival of the item.
- Returns are eligible for all items except Bras / Lingeries / Intimates / Accessories / Bags.
- Mark down price / Sale items / Order placed with promo code are strictly not returnable/exchangeable.
- Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact).
- Refund would be done in terms of gift card voucher, no cash refund.
- Gift card voucher will be refunded equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s). However, an initial shipping cost of RM7 (West Malaysia) / RM16 (East Malaysia) will be charged if free shipping was provided in the initial order. (For example: If the returned item costs RM109 you will receive a gift card voucher of RM102 for West Malaysia)
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost for the returned item.
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and please retain the shipping receipt until the delivery is complete.
- All the exchange or return cases will be rejected if the goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy. If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.
- ACEWIN reserves the right for final decision.
Procedures For Return
- Please contact us and provide your email, order number, item for exchange. Kindly raise the request within 7 days upon receival of the item. Kindly ensure item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tags intact)
- We will investigate whether your request meet our exchange & return policy.
- If the return request has been approved, kindly ship back the item within given period.
- We will check the condition of the item returned.
- If the returned item has been verified, we will return in form of Gift Card Voucher. The Gift Card code will be emailed to you.
Gift Card
- Gift card code will be provided after the return has been verified.
- Gift card cannot be converted into cash.
- To redeem the gift card, fill in the "Gift card code" provided upon checking out an order. The payable amount will be reflected after the deduction.
ACEWIN reserves the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice. Please check on these before every purchase to ensure no conflicts aftersale. Your use of the site indicates you acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide to these T&C.
